All ROASTED First Time Specials are initially recommended to you as whole bean for the best freshness. Grinding your own beans right before you perk is the optimal method! The system will give you choice of roast (medium roast is recommended and is "the" Kona Coffee flavor Profile). Because of customer demand, we have added the choice of grind as well in this New Customer Category -- for those of you that insist on pre-ground coffee. We also offer gift wrapping on the roasted items in this category, plenty of folks give their first time item to their spouse or other loved one!

This coffee is not "old", "remainder" or "substandard" it is just offered to give you an excuse to try our coffee to find out just how outstanding it is! We produce the same coffee and ship it out the same as what our long standing customers order from the other categories.

We do not roast your organic Kona coffee beans until you order them! 

All of our gourmet coffee is organically grown, organically processed, organically roasted then packaged and sealed right here on our farm under our direct control!

You can order other items (from other categories) as well during your first order.

Please note that we normally accumulate ROAST orders that come in after Monday thru Sunday morning and then BATCH roast Sunday afternoon, ship out fast on Monday.

If a flurry of orders come in after roasting Sunday thru early Monday we process a second BATCH on Monday afternoon and ship out on Tuesday.

We do this so that our coffee will reach all destinations during the week rather than get stuck in a post office or mail truck over a weekend. We roast and then ship right out so that your coffee is in its PRIME -- we want you to have the very best experience of Kona Coffee!
