How do I track my order?
When placing an order through the website you will be emailed a tracking number when it has shipped. If you checked out with an account or checkout out as a guest, login to your account and look under the "My Account / Completed Orders or Order Status".
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before the order processing has begun. If your order status is "Pending" or "Awaiting Fulfillment" then it is still able to be canceled. If it reads anything else, it has already begun processing thus cannot be canceled.
